What if my garment does not fit or cannot be adjusted?
 

On rare occasions, a local tailor will not be able to adjust your garment. In that case, we will produce your order from scratch.

To apply for a remake, please send an email to [email protected] within 7 days from the receipt of your order. Describe your issue as accurately as possible (you will also be asked to send pictures of the garment).

One of our agents will contact you within the next 24-48 hours. After verifying your case, you will be asked to send your garment to our offices to proceed to the remake of your garment.

We reserve the right to deny remake requests in circumstances where alterations can be made by a local tailor.

Due to the limited fabric supply, some items may be unavailable to be remade. In that case, you may be asked to choose an alternative fabric for your new garment.

All items returned  will be donated to non-profit associations.
